Refund Policy

VidLap operates on a professional service and retainer-based model. Due to the nature of our work, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.


1. No Refunds on Services

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly retainers

  • Script packages

  • Consulting or strategy calls

  • Custom or white-label deliverables

Once work has commenced or access has been granted, refunds will not be issued.


2. Rationale

Our services involve:

  • Time-based intellectual work

  • Customized deliverables

  • Reserved capacity

These cannot be returned or resold.


3. Exceptions (Rare)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • Services were not delivered at all

Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.


4. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel ongoing services before the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds for unused time or deliverables

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email


5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Restriction from future engagement
