VidLap operates on a professional service and retainer-based model. Due to the nature of our work, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.
All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Monthly retainers
Script packages
Consulting or strategy calls
Custom or white-label deliverables
Once work has commenced or access has been granted, refunds will not be issued.
Our services involve:
Time-based intellectual work
Customized deliverables
Reserved capacity
These cannot be returned or resold.
Refunds may be considered only if:
A duplicate payment was made
Services were not delivered at all
Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Clients may cancel ongoing services before the next billing cycle
No partial refunds for unused time or deliverables
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Restriction from future engagement
